Abstract With the development of soft gripper systems, food processing, packaging, and processing technology has seen a significant advancement. The must be protected from surface contamination liquid lubrication; hence, hydrophobic contamination-resistant is used. There an urgent need for that meets functions performance resistance, but there been little study. In this study, two are well achieved by introducing flexible superhydrophobic surface. A novel design surface-based (SSBG) proposed template method. After series testing, it was discovered friction coefficient between SSBG glass plate, cardboard, steel plate larger than standard (SSG). At same time, resistance particularly important. Because existence plastron layer, to able repel bacterial colonization. Finally, when usual gripping force measured on 250 ml beaker with lubrication, can shown ability improved at least 100% 170% compared SSG, respectively. As result, high potential utilization in industrial therapeutic contexts.
